By placing an order on our website or with us in person you agree to our policies listed below.

PAYMENT POLICY

Full payment is required prior to shipping on all pieces in our shop. For custom made pieces, full payment must be received on order.

All payments are received and processed via paypal; please note that you are not required to have a paypal account to make a payment.

Items being mailed overseas might be subject to a customs surcharge; please check with your local custom authority.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Goods are deemed to have been received in good order after 14 days of receipt.

Faulty Goods

You may return any faulty within 14 days after receipt for a full refund provided they are unused, with all tags and in their original packaging. Returned products will be at the Buyers expense.

Unwanted goods

Unwanted goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Replacement products will be shipped at buyer’s expense. If you would prefer a refund, this will be made via the payment method originally used. A 5% restocking fee is applicable.

Custom made bridal pieces and earrings

Refunds or exchanges are not available for all custom made and bridal pieces. All custom made and bridal pieces are final sale.

Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit – we advise the use of registered shipping for all returns.
